It works. Pretty fast delivery. I was looking for a replacement vacuum pump for the one I have. When I decided to give this one a try. I don't like the rubber peice inside at the top. It kind of deforms the head. Other than that its good.

I like it and I am impressed. Works great and with daily use for about a week I can see (and feel) the size difference little by little each time. At frst I wasn't sure but now I can tell it's definitely working.

Think is helping, but too early to tell

Simple workable design. does increase my girth, since my prostatectomy. Will hopefully help me to have full erections again. Only started using. Will see how this works over time.
