I definitely recommend putting it under warm or hot water before inserting. It’s a lot more comfortable than shoving a cold metal probe in. And it feels 1000 times better. Walking around with it. It was pretty easy as well.

Male here and this is my first anal product I've purchased. I've never tried anything like this most I've done was a few fingers and I can say the small felt a little to small at first because it slid in easy with lube but it feels good having it around 30 minutes.They're a little cold but goes a away after a few seconds, and if you're wondering what lube I used I bought some cheap LubeLife water-based lube. It's pretty cheap and works great I heard the silicone ones are thicker and better so if you want to pay a few extra bucks go for it. But so far I have zero complaints and I'm loving the product.
