The stroke length, speed and patterns can be adjusted with the controls and running through the various patterns is a blast as it has plenty of power. There's a voice function that works well with wired headphones. The sleeve has a good texture but is pretty short and narrow and above average users may find it pretty tight. With plenty of lube it provides great stimulation and can get the job done very effectively. My only suggestion would be that the previously mentioned sleeve was not as narrow or short in length for above average users.
